We are offering a £45,000 basic salary with an OTE of £65,000 plus company car and an excellent range of company benefits. As a General Sales Manager you will be leading and managing a controlled sales process through a team including Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
