This is a hands-on role at a site with serious scalewhere every tonne produced helps build vital infrastructure across the country. Whether you're loading, crushing, washing, or working behind the scenes in the control room, youll be part of a passionate, safety-first team that keeps the UK moving.

• Super Quarry Scale Work at one of the most productive and important sites in the UK, supplying high-spec materials across the country.
• Operate Giants Drive and manage some of the largest mobile plant machinery in the UKthink massive loading shovels and ADTs.
• Variety Every Day From the primary crusher and wash plant to stockpiles and control rooms, youll have chance to rotate across the site.

• Operating heavy mobile plant safely and efficiently (Loading Shovels, ADTs, and more).
• Supporting production across the site, including key areas like the crusher, wash plant, and control room.
• Conducting pre-start checks, identifying defects, and ensuring your kit and workspace are clean, tidy, and safe.
• Communicating closely with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Following all site safety and environmental proceduressafety always comes first.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Focus on safety and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (day and afternoon patterns) Monday to Friday ( & 13.30 23.00), every other Saturday 6.00 am 11.00 am
