Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

Ideal General Manager profile:
Standout operators from quality-led backgrounds, including GM, Deputy GM, or strong AGM experience
Full understanding of structure, processes, and procedures in high-volume establishments
Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyse P&L
People-focused: mentoring, coaching, and developing teams for continued success
Experience with recruitment and HR issues
Strong product knowledge
Able to deliver a personal touch to the guest experience
