You will be responsible for: Growing sales in a high-volume, food-led environment. Building and leading a large, engaged team. Creating sales-driving activities, including events and social media. Ensuring the offer is executed flawlessly and guest service is exceptional. Managing the business financially to ensure profit growth. Handling all aspects of licensing, food, and health & safety compliance. What We're Looking For We need a proven General Manager with a strong background in food-led businesses. The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record of growing sales. Experience running a large team. The ability to coach and guide a team to get the best out of them.
