Responsibilities

Oversee operations of the hotel, including 40 bedrooms, a 53‑seater Bistro & Bar, and four private event spaces. Maximise revenue by analysing market trends, managing detail through department managers, and leading by example. Ensure a high standard of service, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Drive brand strategy and positioning, positioning Hotel du Vin as a top choice for guests and regional partners.

Qualifications

Previous experience managing a hotel of similar size with a strong focus on food & beverage. Background in motivating teams within a hospitality business that experiences busy seasonal peaks. Sound knowledge of food and drink operations in a comparable sized property. Deep understanding of the local market and proven ability to maximise revenue.
