General Manager Bedford Up to £65k per annum Full-time, permanent ENB have partnered with our national warehousing and distribution client who are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute General Manager to lead this customer facing operation. This is a key leadership role with responsibility of managing end-to-end logistics operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to their clients. The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader with a strong understanding of transport and warehousing operations, a firm grasp of Lean/CI methodologies, and a proven ability to lead change within a fast-paced logistics environment. Key responsibilities: Lead, develop and motivate a diverse team across warehousing, transport, and customer service functions. Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and continuous improvement. Champion health & safety and compliance standards throughout the operation.
