General Manager: Premium Client Space Location: Covent Garden LondonSalary: £40, 373 per annumHours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday plus shared Saturday rota We are looking for an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee a high profile client space in the heart of Covent Garden. This is a unique opportunity for a hands on leader who enjoys working in a small team environment and taking full ownership of a premium space. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day to day running of the site ensuring a seamless client experience Work closely with one team member to deliver consistently high standards across the space Take full ownership of the free issue pantry areas ensuring they are fully stocked organised and presented to a premium standard Lead by example with a hands on approach to all tasks Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients Ensure compliance with health safety and operational procedures
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role Confidence working within a small team and taking ownership of a site Strong organisational and leadership skills Experience in a premium hospitality or client facing environment A proactive hands on approach with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
