General Manager – Entertainment & Leisure Venue
The Role Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy entertainment and leisure venue. You’ll make sure company procedures are followed, wage budgets are kept on track, and all departments deliver excellent service—safely, consistently, and to the highest standards.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll set the tone for the entire site. You’ll be on the floor during peak times—especially busy weekends and evenings—supporting your team, maintaining standards, and ensuring every guest has a brilliant experience. You’ll coach and develop your people, foster a positive workplace culture, and play a key part in making the venue a fantastic place to work and visit.
