The Barbary is bold and high energy – centred around a 24-seat horseshoe kitchen counter, with open-fire cooking and warm hospitality. The Barbary Next Door is an intimate 16-seat space with a tight, flavour-driven menu inspired by Andalusian courtyards, and a focussed wine and vermouth list to match.

You’ll be: A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service . You can command a restaurant floor, having a proven track record as a General Manager or an exceptional Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, high-class restaurant environment.
