What Youll Be Doing

Create smart shift plans and run fun, engaging briefings
Be the guardian of brand standards no corners cut, ever
Lead your management team, ensuring accountability and consistency
Support, motivate and engage the full team individually and collectively
Handle employee relations, appraisals, recognition and performance management with fairness and clarity
