Were looking for a General Manager to lead a well-established, food-led restaurant in West London.
The site has built a strong reputation for its vibrant atmosphere, high standards of service and a produce-led menu, with a loyal neighbourhood following and consistent trade.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, driving standards and building a strong team culture in a busy, quality-driven environment.
The Role
Lead the restaurant team day-to-day, setting the tone on the floor
Drive high standards of service, guest experience and consistency
Manage rotas, staffing and team development
Take ownership of the P&L, labour and cost control
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service delivery
Build a positive, high-performing culture across the site
About You
Current General Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
Experience in a quality, food-led restaurant environment
Confident managing busy services and leading from the front
Strong understanding of P&L, labour control and KPIs
Passionate about hospitality, people and guest experience
Commercially aware with a hands-on leadership style
