The Role Full P&L responsibility for a new Covent Garden restaurant opening
Recruit, lead, and develop the management and front-of-house teams
Deliver an outstanding guest experience in line with a proven brand concept
Drive performance across revenue, labour, service standards, and compliance
Act as the senior on-site leader throughout the opening phase and beyond
The Candidate Proven experience as a General Manager within premium casual or quality restaurant brands
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, people-first management style
Commercially sharp with a clear understanding of KPIs and cost control
Confident leading teams through new openings or major relaunches
Highly organised, resilient, and calm under pressure
Package £55,000£58,000 per annum , depending on experience
