We are a successful restaurant in the heart of Soho with a growing regular community and with strong head office support functions and systems in place

presenting an opportunity for an outstanding General Manager to grow the business from c.£70k/week to over £100k/week. MILK BEACH: The leading modern Australian restaurant in London located in a spectacular venue in Soho One of Londons favourite premium casual restaurant destinations 150-cover restaurant with 80 covers inside, 10 at the bar and 60 covers in the outdoor courtyard Australian hospitality is professional, knowledgeable and passionate, but also engaging, friendly and fun Seasonal a la carte lunch/dinner menu showcasing modern Australian cuisine - coastal, barbecue, with southeast Asian and Mediterranean influences. We also have a daily breakfast service ROLE SUMMARY: General Manager who will run the restaurant as their own business under the strategic direction of founder and CEO, Elliot Milne, with full operational and financial accountability. Team Culture Team learning and development Guest experience Product quality Full operational responsibility Full P&L responsibility for the business WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Australian connection Someone with a strong understanding of Australian culture and hospitality Service oriented A hand- on General Manager who was born to lead busy services and deliver exceptional atmosphere, guest experiences, and team leadership Sales growth An experienced hospitality entrepreneur who can grow Milk Beach Soho from looking for an outstanding General Manager to join £65-85k/week net sales to over £100k/week Product Quality Someone who is discerning, understands London food trends, often dines out at restaurants and is passionate about delivering quality food and beverage Experience at any of the following premium casual London restaurants would be seen as favourable:

Manteca, Oma, BRAT, Mountain, Kiln, Fonda, Portobello Gold, Sabor, Luca . Or experience at leading Australian hospitality groups like

Merivale or Lucas Restaurants ; or Sydney/Melbourne venues such as

Hugos, Margaret, Gimlet, North Bondi Fish, Icebergs . Experience managing a large team with a passion for developing the team A confident leader with experience managing a large team (50 people) and driving culture, performance, learning and development Financial acumen A business-person passionate about driving financial performance Compensation and Bonus Performance Objectives £65k base salary + £10k per annum bonus Senior leadership bonuses are assessed and paid quarterly and require all four performance objectives to be met.
