Houston & Hawkes are looking for a talented and driven General Manager to lead operations at our London Bridge site

this is the role for you. THE ROLE As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation

leading your team, driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience across both the fine dining and retail sides of the business. Leading and inspiring a team to deliver consistently exceptional service Overseeing all aspects of the fine dining operation

from guest experience to service standards Managing the retail offer and ensuring smooth daily operations Driving performance, managing costs and hitting financial targets Building a strong team culture rooted in excellence and hospitality Working closely with the senior leadership team and account directors Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation and service at all times Handling client relationships and ensuring guest satisfaction across every touchpoint ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who is ready to step up

a manager with real fine dining credentials who wants to bring their skills, passion and ambition to a company that will back them. Proven experience in a fine dining environment

essential Previous experience in a General Manager or senior management role Some exposure to retail operations

desirable but not essential A natural leader who motivates and develops those around them Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen Excellent communication and client-facing skills Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied, fast-paced operation A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences WHAT WE OFFER £48,000 per annum Monday to Friday
