This is a hands-on, floor-led leadership role within a founder-led business, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes real pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. The Role

Youll take full ownership of multiple sites, working closely with the founders to drive standards, performance, and team culture. This is not a back-office role. Youll be highly visible on the floor, leading from the front, supporting your teams, and ensuring a consistently high level of service across all locations. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture Lead, inspire, and develop front and back of house teams Build a positive, high-performing culture across sites Coach managers into confident, capable leaders Guest Experience Be a visible host during service, setting the tone for hospitality Drive consistency in service standards and guest experience Handle feedback and continuously improve the customer journey Operations Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites Ensure smooth, efficient service and strong communication between teams Maintain high standards across cleanliness, organisation, and presentation Commercial Performance Manage rotas, labour, and costs in line with budgets Monitor performance and take action to improve profitability Take full ownership of results across the business Recruitment & Development Lead hiring with a focus on attitude and cultural fit Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development Identify and nurture future leaders What Were Looking For

Strong General Manager experience within quality, high-volume hospitality Background in brasserie-style or premium casual dining environments Either existing multi-site experience or a proven GM ready to step up Highly hands-on, visible leader with strong presence on the floor Commercially aware with experience managing P&L, labour, and costs Passion for hospitality, people, and delivering great guest experiences Able to commute within 45 minutes of Hammersmith The Opportunity
