What youll get up to?
Take full financial ownership of the venue including accurate stock takes P+L analysis and rotas
Drive Community engagement in the local area and be the face of the business
Join a growing journey with the chance to influence future venue openings and make your mark on an ambitious, new brand.
Be an inspirational leader who works at pace delegates effectively and motivates your team.
Work with the head chef and founders to ensure this venue is the go to for walkers, locals and the wider sussex community.
