Blending industrial design with warm, intimate touches, we’ve created a distinctive atmosphere designed to make every visit special — whether for dates, casual catch‑ups, or celebrations. After nearly a year of successful operation, we are now looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of day‑to‑day operations and help drive the next phase of our growth. This is a key leadership role for someone who is fully hands‑on, thrives on the floor, and leads by example. Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times. Lead, train, and develop a small team with high standards and attention to detail. Be present on the floor, running shifts and maintaining a strong connection with both team and guests. Continuously refine service standards and guest experience.

We are looking for a hands‑on leader, not a back‑office manager, someone who is as comfortable running a busy shift as they are organizing operations behind the scenes with a strong attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership. What We Offer
