This is a significant, high-profile leadership role with responsibility for all aspects of the catering operationfrom daily school dining to hospitality and commercial events. With revenues exceeding £2.5 million and a dedicated team of 50, the role requires a balance of operational excellence, financial accountability, and inspirational leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day dining services, hospitality, and commercial events. Manage a multi-million-pound budget with full P&L accountability, ensuring both quality and financial efficiency. Build strong partnerships with school leadership and stakeholders, aligning catering services with their vision and values. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, cost control, and proactive management. Lead, support and mentor managers and wider team, encouraging professional growth and high levels of engagement.

About You: You may come from contract catering, hotels, or broader hospitality sectorswhat matters most is your ability to deliver both excellence and results. Proven experience in a senior catering, hospitality or hotel management role. Strong track record of leading large teams and managing seven-figure budgets.
