Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in our new site in Bournemouth. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing financial performance, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining the ambiance of the restaurant. The General Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to innovate and enhance the menu offerings.

The role will help oversee the opening of the new site and be involved with decisions that will shape the business to come. 9

Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management, including staff management and customer service
  • Strong financial acumen, with skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
  • Marketing and promotional skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
  • Passion for Mexican cuisine and cocktail culture is a plus
