We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a thriving food-led village pub in North Nottingham.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hands-on individual to take charge of an established venue offering a well-regarded brewery menu and a welcoming community atmosphere.

About the role:
You will be responsible for the overall management of the pub, ensuring high standards across both front-of-house and kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role that also includes back-of-house responsibilities, such as cashing up and compliance monitoring.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a General Manager or similar role

Catering/kitchen experience preferred but not essential

Full UK driving licence, preferred but not essential

Proven leadership and team management skills

Highly organised, reliable, and customer-focused

References essential
