A luxury beauty brand with multi sales channels. Working exclusively with several notable names within the market. An established SME you will be responsible for driving growth and managing the operations and P&L.

What will you do as a General Manager / Managing Director

* Manage strategic and operations for Retail, Ecommerce and Distribution

* Execute the overall business strategy, identifying growth opportunities

* Responsible for full P&L responsibility across all business units

* Prepare regular reports for the Board on key performance indicators

* Manage marketing, sales and operation teams

* Review and manage supply chain and logistics for efficient B2B distribution

What will you need to be a General Manager / Managing Director

* Previous experience as Operations Director, GM or Head of

* Worked within Luxury Beauty / Consumer

* Experience managing P&L and complex budgets

* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and the customer journey

* Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
