Take full responsibility for hotel operations, financial results, and brand standards. Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with ibis and Accor standards. Create a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work and grow. The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours. Drive sales, control costs, and maximise revenue across rooms and F&B.
