The role is for a reputable manufacturer that holds a leading name within its industry. They are looking for someone to manage performance across all areas of manufacturing and deliver lean methodologies to drive continuous improvements.

The Role:
- Lead and coordinate daily activities for 65 staff members.
- Manage all areas of manufacturing and drive continuous improvements.
- Mon-Fri days-based role

The Candidate:
- Operations/Production management experience.
- Ideally have exposure to working within a technical manufacturing environment.
