You’ll lead a high‑performing, inclusive team—coaching, inspiring, and creating a culture where everyone thrives. You’ll champion first‑class customer service and drive engagement across every part of the operation. This role calls for commercial sharpness and creative thinking. You’ll keep an eye on the competition, spot opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to life—whether that’s through gaming, hospitality, or entertainment. You’ll also build strong relationships across the wider business, influencing stakeholders and contributing to our evolving strategy. You’ll also be a visible advocate for Safer Gambling, setting the standard for your team. Skills & Experience Needed

Casino Leadership: Proven experience managing a casino, with a valid Personal Management Licence (PML). People Leadership: Strong coaching, mentoring and team development skills. Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating inclusive experiences. Commercial Acumen: Strategic thinker with a sharp eye on competitors and market trends. Innovative Mindset: Creative approach to hospitality, entertainment and customer engagement. Stakeholder Management: Skilled at building relationships across functions and locations. Change Resilience: Comfortable leading through change in a fast‑paced environment. Safer Gambling Advocate: Committed to promoting and upholding responsible gaming practices. Strong Communicator: Confident in identifying and acting on opportunities for improvement.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
