What youll get up to?
As General Manager, youll be the driving force behind one of the regions most respected dining pubs - leading the team, shaping the guest experience and protecting the reputation thats already been built.
You will:
Lead a fresh food-led site turning £40k+ net weekly
Build a strong local reputation through community engagement and events
Champion social media presence and self-promotion to drive footfall
Deliver outstanding guest experiences - feedback genuinely matters here
Lead, motivate and develop a loyal, high-performing team
Take full ownership of the P&L, costs, cash control and stock management
Run a tight, organised operation with excellent admin and attention to detail
