This unique venue has several boutique rooms, a 40-cover restaurant, a pizza barn alongside a bar and terrace, private dining room and several event spaces, all located within 70 acres of beautiful Kent farmland.
Currently they are seeking an influential and experienced General Manager who can oversee the whole operation; someone proactive in developing and raising the profile of this outstanding property, whilst ensuring the team deliver a first-class customer experience.

Were looking for a strong leader that will be responsible for the rooms, restaurant, bar, tours and events, so previous experience within a similar hospitality-led business would be essential.
You will be the lead ambassador and a business manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of growing a business, leading from the front, whilst creating an inspirational working environment to inspire and get the best from your team. During the winter months there will be a core team of around 5-7 staff, and this will grow to 60 during the busy summer months.
You will be responsible for co-authoring your business objectives and budgets, whilst providing the necessary guidance and encouragement to the team to deliver it with excellence, defining a class-leading product and customer experience in the English wine and hospitality industry.

This is a live out role and due to the rural location, your own transport will be essential.
