General Labourer – Thames Water Civils Project

Location: Kingston Bagpuize (OX13 5HS) Start Date: 5th January 2026 Contract: Long-term project

We are looking for reliable General Labourers to join a major civils project on a Thames Water site. This role involves supporting site operations and assisting skilled trades on essential water infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with site preparation, material handling, and general duties

* Support drainage and pipeline installation teams

* Maintain site cleanliness and adhere to health & safety standards

* Help with temporary works setup and traffic management

* Work under supervision to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

* Valid CSCS card

* Previous experience on civils or utility projects preferred

* Good understanding of site safety and willingness to follow instructions

* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions

Desirable

* Experience on water/wastewater projects

* Knowledge of basic tools and equipment handling

* Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed
