A North West (Manchester) headquartered diversified conglomerate is seeking a General Counsel appointment to manage an existing team.
Responsibilities will include:
Acting as General Counsel for company interests in the UK, EU and US
Oversight for corporate, commercial and employment legal activities
Management of existing legal team
Company secretarial and governance duties for business entities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer who has worked at General Counsel level to work for a company recognised as an outstanding empoloyer.
