We are now looking for an ambitious and motivated Commercial Paralegal to join our growing team in Mayfair, someone who is ready to develop their legal career within a fast-paced, high-standard environment.


This role offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of commercial matters and a clear path for progression within the firm.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supporting solicitors on a range of general commercial matters
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (including NDAs, service agreements, and supplier contracts)
  • Conducting legal research and preparing summaries
  • Assisting with client correspondence and matter management
  • Preparing bundles and organising case documentation
  • Managing and maintaining client files to a high standard


Requirements


  • A background in law (LLB, GDL, LPC, SQE or equivalent)
  • Strong academic foundation and interest in commercial law
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Knowledge of Russian is advantageous, but not essential.

  • Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
