We are now looking for an ambitious and motivated Commercial Paralegal to join our growing team in Mayfair, someone who is ready to develop their legal career within a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
This role offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of commercial matters and a clear path for progression within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting solicitors on a range of general commercial matters
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (including NDAs, service agreements, and supplier contracts)
- Conducting legal research and preparing summaries
- Assisting with client correspondence and matter management
- Preparing bundles and organising case documentation
- Managing and maintaining client files to a high standard
Requirements
- A background in law (LLB, GDL, LPC, SQE or equivalent)
- Strong academic foundation and interest in commercial law
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
Knowledge of Russian is advantageous, but not essential.
