Working as part of a team and with the Administration Manager, as General Assistant Catering you will be responsible for supporting the catering function, ensuring that the cleanliness within the kitchen and dining area is maintained to a high standard including attention to matters of health & safety and hygiene regulations. The main duties & responsibilities include: General cleaning of the kitchen and dining area's; Basic food preparation and serving; and Maintaining equipment and all work areas to a high standard of health and safety. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: Good communication skills and an enthusiasm for working with older people.
