Pay: £25-30 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Flexible, part-time to be agreed upon based on availability and student needs
Start Date: ASAPResponsibilities:

Provide tailored support for GCSE English and Maths, focusing on building confidence and addressing gaps in understanding.
Develop and implement personalized learning strategies that cater to the student's individual needs and learning style.
Build a positive, supportive rapport with the student, using a patient and empathetic approach to encourage progress.
Monitor and track progress, adapting lesson plans as needed to ensure effective learning.Requirements:

Experience working with students who have SEMH or other learning difficulties.
Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build a positive, trusting relationship with the student.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
