We’re currently hiring a Business Development Manager (Cloud / GCP focus) to support the continued growth of our cloud and transformation services across the UK & Ireland.

This is a growth role, created as part of the expansion of our strategic partnership with Google Cloud, with a strong focus on building new business across industries beyond Financial Services.

TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) provides a continuum of services ranging from mobilising Capacity based solutions to full outsourcing of Digital Transformation & Enterprise Modernisation services which enable our customers to drive business growth through technology solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for the industry’s best talent to join our Presales Capacity Solutions team. Our Capacity solutions are a large portion of our EMEA business and focuses on where our customers wants scale and capability but they own the outcome of their projects. TGS deliver value through organised resource support.

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive transformation initiatives across:

  • Cloud migration
  • Data modernisation
  • AI use cases
  • Application and platform modernisation
  • What You’ll Be Doing

    • Building and developing your own pipeline
    • Owning deals end-to-end (from first conversation to close)
    • Engaging with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, etc.)
    • Collaborating with internal sales teams and technical specialists
    • Working closely with strategic partners (including Google Cloud)
    • Driving multi-phase transformation engagements


    How You’ll Generate Business

    This role combines multiple channels:

    • Self-generated opportunities (outreach, network, new business)
    • Internal collaboration with an established sales ecosystem
    • Partner-led opportunities through strong alliances

    Success in this role comes from being able to proactively create and drive opportunities, while leveraging the wider ecosystem.


    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in client-facing sales roles
    • Track record of owning deals end-to-end
    • Ability to build and develop pipeline independently
    • Strong understanding of cloud / data / AI concepts
    • Commercial mindset with the ability to engage technical stakeholders

    Experience with GCP is preferred, but strong backgrounds in AWS or Azure are also highly relevant.
