Gas Team Manager - Chorley - Hybrid
Gas, Team Leader, Energy, Utilities, Communication, Business Process Outsourced Management
This highly successful organisation are looking for a Gas Team Manager to join an established team. The role requires someone to manage the Gas team to meet required performance levels and service levels. This is a fast-paced role that will suit someone who is used to working to close targets and deadlines.
Key duties includes:
Managing the operational delivery of the gas team
Communicating performance statistics and ensuring development and training plans are in place for all customer advisors
Aiding with all project meetings as and when required and completing industry related test activities to agreed timescales
Managing and planning resource deployment within the Gas team
Achieving all SLAs and operating plans
Ensuring team 1-2-1's are compelted and providing training and development plans for staff
Core skills & experience for this Gas Team Manager includes:
Proven experience working within the UK Energy industry
Experience of business process outsourced management is essential
Able to lead and motivate a team within tight deadlines
Responding efficiently to contract/department issues
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
