TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Newmarket area working in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company.
Salary: £40,000 (Overtime after 40 hours is at time and a half)
The role will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with lots of overtime available.
Must work weekends on a shift rota (roughly 1 in 4 but will vary).
Key responsibilities:
* Install, maintain and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation and waste disposal systems and central heating systems.
* Installing, servicing, and repairing gas boilers, cookers, and other appliances,
* Checking for gas leaks and ensuring proper ventilation
* Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
* Testing of closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.
* Assist other staff members as required.
* Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.
* Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times.
* Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
* Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety.
* Seasonal shift & on call rota.
* Any other duties as and when requested.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities:
* City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing
* Domestic gas safe qualification
* Full clean UK driving licence.
