Responsibilities:
* Service domestic gas appliances and boilers
* Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues
* Report any non-compliance or process failures to management
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience as a gas engineer (minumum of 4 years)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT
* Experience in social housing (minimum of 2 years)
