The Gas Engineer / Plumber Role:
You’ll be working exclusively in private residential properties, carrying out:
* Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12s)
* Boiler servicing and maintenance
* Fault finding, diagnostics & repairs
* Landlord GSC and Boiler services.
* Reactive maintenance, investigation and repairs on heating systems, boilers, HIU units and hot water cylinders and the majority of plumbing systems.
Day shifts only – 8:00am to 5:30pm
Ideally based in West London
All reporting completed easily via an electronic app
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in domestic gas & plumbing
* Confident with boiler servicing, fault finding & heating systems
* Valid ACS Domestic Gas tickets
* Full UK clean driving licence
* Own hand tools (larger tools provided)
* Excellent customer service skills – friendly, professional, and reliable
* Able to pass a DBS check
