A regional compliance division within this group delivers heating services within the social housing sector across parts of Southern England. The organisation supports clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewable technologies, and electrical services. It is a large and established gas contractor, focused on long-term client contracts to provide job security and progression opportunities for staff.
Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an
experienced Gas Engineer
to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Carrying out day-to-day repairs
Fault finding
Completing annual servicing visits
Meeting first-time fix targets
Maintaining high-quality standards
Focusing on customer satisfaction
Attending jobs on time and notifying the contact centre or customer of any delays
The successful candidate will have:
Valid ACS and other relevant gas qualifications
Full UK driving licence (with minimal penalty points)
Experience within social housing (desirable but not essential)
Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service
The ability to work with a diverse customer base
