Gas Service Only Engineer (Sub-Contractor)
Location: Northampton (NN1–NN5)
Job Type: Sub-Contract
Pay: £230 per day
Key Responsibilities
* Service gas appliances within social housing properties.
* Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality workmanship.
* Accurately report and document completed work and any issues identified.
Requirements
* Own van and tools.
* Public Liability Insurance.
* Valid ACS Certificates (including Gas Fires and Gas Cookers).
* Previous experience working on social housing contracts (desirable).
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
