Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the assigned installation
Completing installations in line with survey specifications, client requirements, and all relevant regulatory standards
Reporting any issues that prevent completion to the installation supervisor
Completing all contract-specific paperwork at the time of installation and obtaining required signatures
Carrying out duties professionally and courteously, showing respect for customers property and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Returning to recall visits when requested by the installation supervisor
Completing installations within agreed timeframes
Completing all required documentation, including timesheets and health & safety monitoring forms
Ensuring all health, safety, and environmental procedures and standards are followed
Ensuring all certification and documentation is completed accurately
Qualifications and Experience
Valid ACS and other relevant gas qualifications
Full UK driving licence (with minimal penalty points)
Experience within social housing (desirable but not essential)
Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service
Ability to work effectively with a diverse customer base
