Gas Engineer £50,000 per year or £150£400/day DOE + overtime

Location: Haverhill (covering East London areas)

About the Role Youll primarily be responsible for gas installations across domestic properties (combi, system, conventional boilers and related heating systems), but youll also handle all other gas-related work from servicing to repairs, and everything in between. Projects will mostly be in East London, but with a base in Haverhill. Youll travel to different sites, delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality work. Whether installing a new system or maintaining an existing one, youll be the go-to expert ensuring each job is done to standard on time, cleanly, and professionally.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00
Option to work as self-employed or employed , depending on what suits you best
Must have own tools
Key Duties
Install new gas boilers (combi, system, conventional) and full heating/hot-water systems.
Perform all other gas-related tasks: servicing, maintenance, repairs, safety checks, pipework, radiator installs, etc.
Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards.
Provide high-quality workmanship with attention to detail and cleanliness.
Travel to various sites (mainly East London), manage workload, liaise with clients professionally.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as a qualified Gas Engineer.
Appropriate gas qualifications / Gas Safe registration (or equivalent).
Bonus if you hold unvented hot-water and LPG qualifications.
Own tools and be self-motivated, reliable, and professional.
Ability to travel to East London and manage time and sites independently.
