Installation Engineer - Gas Detection Systems\n\nSouth East / London Travel\n£30,000 - £36,000 + Van + Benefits\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe're working with a growing engineering business specialising in gas detection and environmental monitoring systems across commercial and industrial environments.\n\nFollowing recent investment and growth, they're looking to bring in an Installation Engineer to support projects across London and the South.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with electrical or installation experience looking to move into a specialist, high-demand sector.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou'll be responsible for installing fixed gas detection systems across a range of sites including laboratories, universities, infrastructure and commercial environments.\n\nMost work is in the South East, with some UK travel and occasional overnight stays fully covered.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\n* Installing gas detection systems on site\n* Running containment including conduit, tray and trunking\n* Cable pulling, termination and system setup\n* Working across commercial and industrial environments\n* Completing job sheets, timesheets and basic admin\n* Maintaining high standards of safety and quality\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n* Experience in electrical or installation engineering\n* Background in cabling, containment or site-based installs\n* Strong work ethic and attention to detail\n* Comfortable travelling and staying away when required\n* Good communication and organisation\n* Full UK driving licence\n\nDesirable:\n\n* CSCS card\n* 18th Edition\n\nWhat's On Offer\n\n* £30,000 - £36,000 basic salary\n* Company van, tools and PPE\n* 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n* Private healthcare and additional benefits after probation\n* Ongoing training and development\n* Long-term career progression within a growing business\n\nKeywords\n\nInstallation Engineer, Electrical Installer, Field Installation Engineer, Gas Detection Engineer, Electro Mechanical Engineer, Service Engineer, Cabling Engineer, Containment Installer, Industrial Installation Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Field Engineer, CSCS Engineer, 18th Edition Engineer, London Engineer, South East Engineer\n\nINDAV
