Garden Maintenance Operative - Nuneaton

We are currently recruiting a Garden Maintenance Operative on behalf of our long‑standing client based in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long‑term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position directly with the client.

Our client is seeking reliable and motivated individuals who are keen to develop their skills. Full training will be provided on relevant machinery, with the aim of progressing into a fully skilled member of the team.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00Key Responsibilities:

General garden and grounds maintenance Hedge trimming and grass cutting Operating on-site equipment and machinery (full training provided)Requirements:

A full UK driving licence is essential Previous experience in garden maintenance is desirable but not essential A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and hands-on approachStart Date: Immediate starts available.
