Responsibilities

Assist the Centre Manager to maximise sales and profit by ensuring efficient and effective management to company standards, covering commerciality, merchandising, replenishment, and housekeeping. Support the Centre Manager in daily H&S tasks and paperwork, ensuring health and safety standards are always adhered to. Generate ideas and assist in the development of better working methods within the department. Help achieve a high standard of customer service. Assist in planning and managing key events such as Christmas, Bank Holidays, and seasonal centre changes. Handle complaints and queries from staff and customers.
