In a Nutshell We have an exciting opportunity for a Future Talent Recruitment Partner to join the Vistry Group Recruitment Team. This is a nationwide role that will support our Future Talent Graduate and Trainee cohort intake annually, with a specific focus on the recruitment, and the design and delivery of interview processes and assessment centres. There will be an opportunity to work with the wider group in organising and attending relevant early careers events, promoting the business as an employer of choice, and ensuring the Vistry brand is well known across educational establishments. As our Future Talent Recruitment Partner, you will also forge and maintain strong relationships with current partners and look to engage with new partners that will enable us to diversify our talent pools and ultimately our workforce.
