In this dynamic role, you'll provide cover across a group of funeral homes within our E.H Crouch brand based around Letchworth - supporting during peak funeral periods, staff holidays, and sickness.

You'll be key in delivering consistent service across multiple branches, ensuring every family receives the same high standard of care and professionalism, regardless of location.
