As a Funeral Operations Team Leader you'll support the day-to-day operations of a region, providing support to the Logistics Manager and Area Support Centre Manager. You'll play a key role in the training and development of new colleagues and the ongoing assessment of existing colleagues to ensure consistent quality, knowledge retention, and service excellence.
