Client: A major offshore firm known for its strong reputation in the funds industry. The firm is part of a 90 + member funds team that advises on portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities and other fund-related transactions. Responsibilities

Advising an established client base on portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities and related transactions. Providing legal support for the firm’s portfolio of funds, including hedge funds, multi‑manager funds, private equity funds, mutual funds and emerging‑markets funds. Collaborating with the 90 + member funds team to deliver high‑quality legal work. Participating in training programmes and contributing to future career development within the firm.

Qualifications

5–7 years post‑qualified experience in funds or private equity litigation. Strong academic record and a dynamic personality suitable for a fast‑moving environment. Significant exposure to funds and private equity work. Effective communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
