What You’ll Be Doing

• Advise on private capital fundraisings and institutional investments
• Take ownership of fund reviews and secondary transactions
• Gain hands-on exposure to regulatory and tax alongside core transactional work
• Work closely with partners and global clients from day one

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 PQE from a City, Silver Circle, or leading international firm
• Experience in funds work is strongly preferred
• Also open to strong candidates from regulatory or corporate backgrounds looking to pivot into funds
• Strong legal analysis, commercial judgement, and a proactive, collaborative mindset
