Job Title: Fundraising Manager – Property Development

Location: London, UK (Office-Based in Battersea)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000 per annum base salary + up to 2% commission on funds raised


Overview


We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Fundraising Manager to lead capital-raising initiatives for a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments across London. This position plays a critical role in securing investment, structuring transactions, and developing long-term investor relationships to support the company’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Source and secure up to £15 million per annum funding from private investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, etc
  • Structure and execute investment opportunities, including joint ventures, equity partnerships, and debt financing
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality investor presentations, pitch materials, and financial models
  • Manage the full fundraising lifecycle, from initial engagement through to transaction completion
  • Build, maintain, and expand a strong investor network and database
  • Collaborate with acquisitions and development teams to align funding strategies with the project pipeline
  • Lead negotiations with investors and support the execution of legal documentation
  • Monitor investor expectations and provide regular performance updates and reporting


Requirements


  • Tracked record in fundraising, investment, or property finance
  • Strong understanding of UK property development and deal structuring
  • Established investor network, or a demonstrable ability to build one quickly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret development appraisals
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness


Desirable


  • Experience working with SPV structures and development finance
  • Strong connections with investors and high net worth individuals
  • Background in real estate, private equity, or investment banking
  • Solid understanding of London property market trends and dynamics
