The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Functional Skills Maths Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching to learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Including: Global developmental delay, Down syndrome, Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, Severe learning difficulties and Social communication challenges.

Learners may work at a slower pace and often require additional support with communication, behaviour management and emotional regulation.

The Functional Skills Maths Tutor role involves delivering Functional Skills Maths from Entry Level 1–3 and Levels 1–2 in small group settings of up to 12 learners. It requires patience, flexibility, creativity and strong classroom...
